Register your Club Cards to help raise money for UCP while you are shopping!

Ralphs

If you would like to continue or begin support for UCP for the new year (9/1/09-8/31/10) through the Ralphs Community Contributions program, you will need to sign up for a Ralphs Rewards Card or re-connect your current Ralphs Rewards Card with the UCP bar code.

UPDATING A NEW OR CURRENT ACCOUNT IN-STORE:

Please print out the Ralphs Rewards - Community Contribution letter with the UCP Bar Code. Take this letter with you the next time you are at Ralphs and during checkout have the checker update your Ralphs Card with the UCP bar code. Download Letter Now!

SIGN UP FOR A NEW CARD or UPDATE YOUR CURRENT ACCOUNT ONLINE:

1. Log in to » http://www.ralphs.com/
2. Click on Sign In/Register
3. Click on New Customer? Sign up today!
4. Enter your zip code and click on 'find' and then 'Select' the store you primarily shop at
5. Enter account information
   a. Your email address
   b. Your password (please note the rules next to this field)
   c. Confirm your password
6. Subscribe or unsubscribe to email subscription by leaving the check marks or removing them
7. Click 'Confirm', then 'Agree to Terms and Conditions' and then 'Confirm'
8. Check your email account to activate your new account
9. Log-in to your new Ralphs Rewards Account and click on Edit Community Contribution Program Information at the bottom of the page
10. Enter the card number as shown on your Ralphs rewards card
11. Click on 'Save Changes'
12. Confirm or enter any corrections and click on 'Save Changes'
13. Type in United Cerebral Palsy or key in 82011 and click 'Search'
14. In the 'Select Your Organization Section,' click on the bubble next to United Cerebral Palsy
15. Click on 'Save Changes'
16. Your organization selection will appear on the right side of this page
17. You have now completed your Online rewards card registration AND your Community Contributions registration.
18. Click on 'Logout' at the top of the page

Albertsons

1. Go to » www.albertsons.com
2. Enter your Zip Code at the bottom of the page.
3. Click on In The Community on the right of the page
4. Click on Albertson's Community Partners at the bottom of the page in the right
   (Make sure your pop up blocker is turned off)
5. Click on Shoppers: login or register with your Preferred Savings Card first
6. Then supporters can either choose to sign up or log in their Preferred Savings Card
7. After signing up, you'll need to click on Albertson's Community Partners once again to signup for Community Partners
8. Then Click on Sign Me Up with the pencil on it.
9. Enter the Community Partner ID: 49000122838
10. Click on Update Now

Vons, Pavillions and KV Mart Stores / Escrip.com

1. Go to » www.escrip.com
2. Click on » "Sign up-it's free" (on the right)
3. Make sure the group name is checked
4. Type in United Cerebral Palsy in the Search field.
5. Click on United Cerebral Palsy with the address: 6430 Independence Avenue
6. Then click on NEXT to proceed to the next step.
7. Fill out the form with appropriate information
8. Register participating store club cards or for other great
   fundraising programs.
